Our services at set up include:

  • Circulating checklist for incorporation and licensing and liaising with various parties;
  • Preparing application documents and carrying out due diligence on promoters / directors;
  • Liaising with Mauritian counsel for legal certification of the application documents and other Constitutive documents;
  • Submission of the application for incorporation to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and applications for licensing / authorisation to the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC);
  • Organising and attending the first Board Meeting of the Company and drafting the relevant minutes / resolutions;
  • Application for Tax Residency Certificate, as applicable; and
  • Opening of bank account in Mauritius.
